How long will it take to set up my account?

It’ll take you a matter of minutes. Simply, register with your email, choose a password and your account is ready to use

How do I choose a plan? Which plan (monthly, daily and hourly) is more appropriate for me?

We generate invoices on a monthly basis. You can view your invoices on the dashboard under the service page. The invoices are generated afterwards and you are only charged for the period you had an active server in your account.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We offer two methods of payment:
Credit card: We accept all types of credit/debit cards with a cardholder’s name including virtual, prepaid, and electronic cards.
Deposit: We accept a prepaid payment in the form of a deposit which can be made by credit card or PayPal.

Why was I asked to make a $10 deposit after I signed up?

Some accounts are flagged as ‘suspicious’ by our billing system. This is usually due to an irregularity in the credit card or account information that you entered. But don’t worry, this is just a precaution and you will still receive the free trial. If you do not wish to continue with services, we will refund your deposit. If you do continue, we will use that amount towards future invoices.
